The Office Screener is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to Head of Employment Background Screening.
- Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources and database
- Phone conversations with university and company representative
- Phone interviews with references
- Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information
- Analysis of information obtained
- Depth of media search analysis
- Writing comprehensive reports
- Minimum Diploma degree
- Some work experience in a related field or as a call center operator or in HR especially as Recruiter but fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Possessing good skills in written and spoken English and Malay languages
- Willing to be based in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya
