Office Screener


The Office Screener is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to Head of Employment Background Screening.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources and database
  • Phone conversations with university and company representative
  • Phone interviews with references
  • Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information
  • Analysis of information obtained
  • Depth of media search analysis
  • Writing comprehensive reports


  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • Some work experience in a related field or as a call center operator or in HR especially as Recruiter but fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Deadline-oriented
  • Possessing good skills in written and spoken English and Malay languages
  • Willing to be based in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya
